1. Open the file: "templates/t3_bs3_blank/tpls/blocks/header.php and replace the code with following code:

I followed your code.
From this piece <img class="logo-img" src="/<?php echo JUri::base(true) I removed the / before php opening tags.

There is soe other weird thing, there are now two menu's on top.
What do I have to do to fix this?
I can't find aything to show me in the right direction.
