Resolved Mega menu stays open after page change

Hi!
I am experiencing two major issues with mega menu on my newest project.

1. When I open the menu and click on a link, the menu hides properly, but when the website refreshes after following the clicked link, it suddenly reopens all submenus that where open before the link was clicked.

2. When I turn off certain second level sub menus in the backend, they will still show up in the menu when hovering/clicking their parent menu items.

How can this be fixed?

Hi,

i found out why the submenus were still openening. Forgot to hide them for registered users. My fault, sorry!

Still can not figure out why the menu starts opened down to the active menu item after link clicken/page reloading though.
