I would like to ask, how to load(include) block from template-a to template-b with all less/css ?

Hi,

This is quite complicated as it depends on layout, content and style. Normally, you have to copy the block files, load the blocks to the layout, add style (less/css) however, it is hard to split the less/css of the block as the blocks could use global style of template.
