Resolved Why is the top part of pages being cut-off when using Purity III/T3?

That's just one example page I have, but all pages (aside from Home) has a bit of the top noticeably cut-off. I can't seem to find any setting to help fix this.

if you look at this link, you will see the tag cloud & the title are under the menu layer. how can i ffix this?
