when I was playing around with the custom.css , I was able to resolve the 1st question.

.container, .navbar-static-top .container, .navbar-fixed-top .container, .navbar-fixed-bottom .container {
width: 960px;
}

Could you please help me find some t3 based designs for home page contents ?

Hi Luke,
i'm not sure i understand what you ask, but you can find t3 module styles in less/module.less file or alternatively in css/template.css (are the same style, the 2nd is compiled form the first)
I don't know if exist in the web other different styles ready to use for t3.

Thanks for the reply . Actually I was so curious if there is nice module designs exist from T3 itself. Then we would have use those styles very easily . That would be gr8 for just a basic web designers like me . Else we have to spend lot of time to design a single module.

However I am fine with your answer. I thought if some one there who has done such thing with T3 modules .
