Can anyone tell me how we change the colours for the font and background of the navigation for small screens on Bs3 Blank?

Hi Terry Rugg,

What menu you used in the small screen as there are 2 menu systems for small screens: Dropdown menu and Off-canvas menu. You can send me a screenshot of the menu in your site and we will give you some css rule to implement the changes.
