Resolved T3 Layout setting problem

Dear,

I have experience with my t3 blank. When I go to Layout Tab on the T3 Blank manager, I can't find any layout setting. Please see the attachment for the reference. I am using iPage hosting.

Hi Tyo,

The layout is loaded from front-page and here is the link: http://demo.citythemez.net/cityporto/?t3action=layout&t3task=display&t3tp=layout&styleid=10&jvalue=home-1&_=1422611876095
The page should work like this one: http://demo.citythemez.net/cityporto/index.php?t3action=layout&t3task=display&t3tp=layout&styleid=10&jvalue=home-1&_=1422611876095

But somehow the link is not working properly then the layout in your back-end doesn't work as expect. Please check your server config.

Hi Typo,

You did any customization with the layout or it happens with the default installation?
You can pm me your site url, admin account, I will try to detect in your site. Normally this is caused by permission, or some wrong code in the layout file.

Thanks for your reply, yes I did customization. But it's not happen on the localhost, it just happens on the server.

I found the problem is due to "GET http://xxx/?t3action=layout&t3task=display&t3tp=layout&styleid=10&jvalue=home-1&_=1422606912642 503 (Service Unavailable)"

But if I checked on the localhost, it's fine, and the result is like what I attached now.

I hope, I can get your idea to solve this problem.

Thanks for your help... Now, the problem has been solved. The iPage technician has enabled the output buffering in the php.ini file of my account. Now, the url is loading fine.
