Checked further and the the t3-blank is loading font awesome v4.1.1 and not v3.x.x
All the classes in the t3-blank v2.1.6 template refer to font awesome v3.x.x icons, but they are not being loaded, v4.1.1 icons are
Strange that this happened after upgrading the plugin to v2.4.1
I cannot find where or how they are loaded
Can anyone help with this

Thanks for replying - On my site you cannot see any icons because they are not loading, in the screen print above you can see the icon for the off canvas menu is missing and the map marker icon at the front of the breadcrumbs is also missing
Anyway, I kept on researching and
I have found the problem - the wrong version of Font Awesome was shipped with the v2.1.6 update of the t3-blank template (It was nothing to do with the plugin update this was a red herring, it's just then that I noticed)
Please check the files in /templates/t3_blank/fonts/font-awesome - t3-blank v2.1.6 ships with Font-Awesome v4.1.1 - t3-blank v2.1.5 ships with Font-Awesome v3.2.1
Font-Awesome version 3.x.x is the correct version for t3-blank NOT v4.x.x
I have replaced all the Font-Awesome files of t3-blank v2.1.6 with the files from t3-blank v2.1.5
It works perfectly
I think someone packed the wrong files when putting together the last update - they put in the files for t3-bs3-blank by mistake
As most people are using the t3-bs3-blank version it's not been picked up - I have to use the t3-blank as I use Moset Tree and it only works with Bootstrap 3

I just checked and YES, it's a bug in this version. I have raised an issue in T3 Github: https://github.com/t3framework/t3/issues/362. For now, you can download the Font Awesome 3.2.1 package here: http://fortawesome.github.io/Font-Awesome/3.2.1/ and replace with the ones in the t3-blank folder.
