Resolved Help Menu not show on small screen mobile

Current I using joomla 2.5, T3_bs3_blank version. I want to display the menu on the desktop just like on the small mobile. How can it show up menu on the desktop, ipad. Now I have lost the menu display mode and I turned off the off-canvas.
