Resolved ThemeMagic does not create code in the LESS file

Hi, I am using T3 v2.3.0 (blank template) with joomla 3.3.1. The problem is like what i wrote on the title. Actually, my thememagic doesn't generate any code. It just create some the directory with the empty file. Need your help for this case...

I mean, the ThemeMagic did not succeed generate a new theme. When I checked, it just created empty files (no code) in the directory "themes". So, I thinks that's why it's happened.
