Resolved Force position on T3 Blank

Hi guys,
I need a kind of force position of HTML module.

How can I shrink blank space after component section (after last article) if on sidebar section I have a module which is a longer then filled space on component section.
I'd like to align bottom part of banner (which has position-5) as much as possible with bottom part of module positioned on sidebar section.
I'm using T3 Blank 2.1.5 with T3 Framework 2.2.1 and Joomla 2.5.22
