Resolved Issue with T3 BT3 Blank template and Sobi Map

Hi Guys,
I am using T3 BT3 Blank Template and SobiPro and having issue with the map field which does not load properly. It conflict with script somehow. I have tried with other template and protostar template and it works fine. I have tried with enabling compatibility mode as well. Any help for solving this will be appreciated.
