Thanks for the update.

Every time I try to update via Joomla Extension Manager, I receive the following error:

Unknown Archive type
Update path does not exist

I try the JoomlArt Extensions Manager, and it gives me the following error as well.

Errors occured during upgrading, please fix them fist
MySQL path is not configed
MySQL Dump path is not configed
Local repository path is not configed

Any idea what the problem could be?

same here - I always have to download
the packages manually - afterwards I can
use them with the joomla extension manager
without any problem. Strange.

Hi,

You should configuration JA Extension Manager first.
But you should use JA Extension Manager for only upgrade JA Extensions.

T3 Framework and T3 Blank is free of charge. Just download the package and install it via Joomla Extension Manager.
If you only need to upgrade T3 Framework, please unpack the zip file which download from github and package the framework package only.
