Resolved Extension manager never shows updates

Hello.
Every time I go to the extension manager and look for updates it says there are none.

In the template manager it says:

Congrats! You are using latest version of T3 Framework!

Your version is 1.2.3

------------------------------

It says the says the same thing for the t3 blank template.

How can I correct this issue? Clearly 1.2.3 is not the most current version.

did clearing the cache solve the problem ??For me it was resolved but now i am having issues with templates
did install t3 1.2.5 no problem did make a complete uninstall. i also installed 1..2.6 framework and template plugin was installed but when i look at back end of joomla i can not see styles template

Hi Josh,

T3 use the information of Joomla.
Try Update manager and clear the cache there to see if anything news happen.
