Resolved Dropdown menu disappear on hover in T3 2.1.3

Hello,

If I give some margin top in .navbar-nav > li > .dropdown-menu like the code shown bellow

.navbar-nav > li > .dropdown-menu {
margin-top: 18px;
}

Dropdown menu disappear on mouse hover in T3 2.1.3 but It worked fine on T3 2.0.1

I cannot replicate the issue. I push the change to T3 Blank template but it still work fine. Can you give more information ?
