Resolved I am unable to create a new layout in Template Manager?

Position & Responsive Configuration: shows NONE SELECTED, its not showing the four default files that come with the template.
and when I try and create a new layout and 'clone it' nothing happens.

Im also getting this message - not sure if this is a related problem?

Hi Lee Harrison,

I am not sure but it seems there an error on your site.
The path look weird.
/media/nss/WEB/content/internet/web-site/less/themes

It should be inside a template folder.
Please re-install the template and T3 plugin.

If you can pm your admin/ftp to me, I will help to check it on your site.
