Resolved I added "custom.css" but it didn't applied !

I don't understand ! The custom.css is added now !
I just enabled and disabled developer mode !

Where did you put custom.css file?
Did you modify blocks\head.php file?

And you can also provide your site link if possible, it will help us easy to tracking down your issue.

Hi Mahdi,

I am glad it works. I think it related to your browser cache.
For head.php, it is in \templates\your_template\tpls\blocks folder. You do not need to modify it.

Though it can be use to add your custom google analytics or other custom scripts
