Hi Sandeep MS,

You can change the markup of the mainnav to in the mainnav blocks (tpls/blocks folder)
Please take reference to the bootstrap nav-pills or nav-tabs markup and change it.

You also may need to overwrite mod_menu html to have the correct markup.
