This version came with a lot of new features and improvement

+ Upgrade Bootstrap 2.3.0
+ Megamenu: Add toggle "hide when collapse" for column & submenu option will reduce the number of CSS files
+ Megamenu: Add option Always show submenu when collapse
+ Use T3 Bootstrap JS library instead of Joomla Bootstrap
+ ...

And 15 bug fixes

Your problem is fixed, it is because of permission. You can now upgrade.

Your problem is fixed, it is because of downloading permission of T3 plugin and T3 blank. You can now upgrade.
