Resolved how to use costom css in t3 blank template ????????????????/

can anybody tell me how to use coustom css for each module,,,,,,where to link the stylesheet..........and how to use js in it without using any third party plugin.........thanks

Your question is too general. They are not related to T3 issue.
You need to understand how Joomla work.
